Is a Return to Office a Return to Creativity?
Among the many changes the Covid-19 pandemic wrought was a trend toward smaller office spaces as more employees worked remotely or on hybrid schedules. Many in leadership felt that this would lead to problems with creativity within organizations and businesses since employees weren't connecting in the same physical spaces to solve problems and be generally more productive.
